Spend US$1 before you spend anything: how to test a messaging platform properly

Every messaging platform in the market claims high delivery. None of them will show you the proof before you pay, and the demo video is always of somebody else’s campaign.

So test it yourself. Not with a checklist — with a message, to a real handset, on a real route, and read what comes back.

A twenty-minute test that tells you the truth

  1. Create an account. The free 7-day trial applies on its own: 2,000 emails, 50 SMS and 100 WhatsApp messages, no card.
  2. Import twenty real contacts. Not test data — twenty actual customers or twenty colleagues, mixed across operators.
  3. Send the same message on all three channels. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, same audience, same minute.
  4. Open the per-recipient report. Not the summary. Look at each row: which landed, how fast, and what the network said about the ones that did not.
  5. Ask a colleague to reply on WhatsApp and check the reply reaches the console rather than somebody’s phone.

Twenty minutes and you know more about the platform than any sales call would tell you.

When you want to test the paid gateways too

The free trial runs on trial credits. If you want to check the paid routes end to end — including the payment flow itself — the Try Now pack is US$1, about ৳125, for three days with a small credit on all three channels. It is deliberately small. It is not sized to run a real campaign, and it is not meant to: it exists so you can watch a message actually land before you decide anything.

Then choose on evidence

Once you have seen your own numbers, the plan choice is arithmetic rather than faith:

  • Launch — US$12, about ৳1,490. 1,000 SMS, 30,000 emails, 1,500 WhatsApp. For a first serious campaign.
  • Corporate — US$40, about ৳4,900. 4,000 SMS, 150,000 emails, 8,000 WhatsApp across three numbers, plus automation and credits that roll over. For weekly senders.
  • Apex — US$120, about ৳14,900. 15,000 SMS, 500,000 emails, 30,000 WhatsApp across ten numbers, dedicated sending identity, named engineer, written SLA.

And if it turns out not to fit, the refund window is 14 days from your payment, in full, with no reason required and no usage condition attached.
